Yes. Route62 uses Safe-to-Pay escrow protection. Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt of your order. The vendor only receives payment after you confirm delivery or 48 hours have passed — whichever comes first.

How do I pick up a local order?

If a product offers local pickup, you can select your preferred pickup point during checkout. Available pickup locations are shown on the product page. Pick up from your chosen location on the date agreed with the vendor.

Are all vendors verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Route62 vendors are verified creators along Route 62 and the Western Cape. Look for the verified tick next to their name. Vendors must meet quality and stock standards to sell on Route62.

Can I sell my handmade products on Route62?

Yes, if you are based on Route 62 or the Western Cape and your products meet our quality standards. Visit our vendor onboarding page to apply. You'll need 100+ existing customers and a proven track record of quality.
